Description:
Only enables one vehicle with a given license plate at the same time.
Also added a window in the license plate configurations menu, where all used license plates are listed.
Changelog 1.0.0.1:
– Fixed a bug where the vehicle got duplicated when changed the configuration.
– No check for duplicate license plate when configured as not mounted.
