The card is built entirely themselves, they should be ready LS17-made and then converted at the appropriate time.
You can start them. However, it lacks many triggers, and functions or they are not placed. Many objects are under the Public (formerly Sarntal Alps). The project title bites with an existing map. But this is just a coincidence.
I would be glad if you possibly finds the map times in a modified form.
